In April 2015, Mark A. Lemley (BA ’88), William H. Neukom Professor of Law and director of the Stanford Program in Law, Science and Technology, was named one of the Daily Journal’s Top 75 IP Litigators. He was also named in the Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists 2014—a list of individuals in all areas of intellectual property who have had the most impact in helping companies generate IP value. Lemley is an internationally recognized leading expert in intellectual property, computer and Internet law, and patent law. He is a founding partner of Durie Tangri LLP and the founder and a board member of Lex Machina, Inc., a startup company providing data and analytics around IP disputes.
