Deborah L. Rhode, Ernest W. McFarland Professor of Law, received the American Bar Foundation’s 2014 Outstanding Scholar Award at the 58th Annual Fellows Awards Reception and Banquet in February 2014.  Rhode is the most frequently cited scholar on legal ethics and has received numerous awards from the American Bar Association and the American Bar Foundation for her work in legal ethics, professional responsibility, and public service. She is also director of the Center on the Legal Profession and the Program in Law and Social Entrepreneurship.
