Q&A with Professor Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar

Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar, Professor of Law and Deane F. Johnson Faculty Scholar, returned to Stanford Law School last summer after taking leave to serve as Special Assistant to the President for Justice and Regulatory Policy at the White House. In this Stanford Lawyer Q&A Cuéllar discusses recently adopted policies on food safety and the overturn of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.” In addition to teaching, Cuéllar currently serves on the Council of the Administrative Conference of the United States and the Department of Education’s Equity and Excellence Commission.
